2022 – Present

Developed a custom spaced-repetition algorithm based on SM-2, delivered as a WordPress plug-in, for a nursing flashcard product.

Staff Scheduler Using Microsoft Graph

2021

Built a Microsoft Graph scheduling system in under 4 weeks. 3 staffers scheduled over 2,500 global assignments in 72 hours with 100% coverage.

Virtual and Hybrid Event Engagement Tracking

2020

Built a TypeScript tracking widget and Azure Event Hubs, Stream Analytics and Functions pipeline that recorded over 6 million events. Later adopted as a core product.

SaaS Product Cloud Refactor

2019

Moved the core SaaS product from a data center to Azure PaaS. Average uptime rose from below 99% to above 99.99%, and total cost after 1 year was 68% lower than the data center budget.

Event Attendee Tracking via UHF RFID

2018

Tracked opt-in attendees at a multi-day conference with 200+ IoT RFID antennas and Azure Event Hubs and Stream Analytics, processing over 1.7 million tag reads.
