Two award-winning projects from an MS in Data Analytics, one predicting hospital readmission and one analyzing used-car pricing.
Used-car pricing
A multiple linear regression analysis of car pricing data for an MS in Data Analytics capstone. The analysis received the Western Governors University Capstone Excellence Award and was selected for publication in the Capstone Excellence Archive.
Hospital readmission
A KNN model predicting whether a patient is likely to be readmitted, and identifying the factors that can influence readmission. The model received an Excellence Award for Data Mining I from Western Governors University.
