A RESTful API that opened a mature lead-capture SaaS to partners and new modules, along with the mobile and desktop apps built on top of the API.
RESTful API
Developed an API to extend the capabilities of the existing Leadature SaaS product. The API allows new modules, internal applications and partners to work securely with the data stored in Leadature. Using standard RESTful calls and JSON, developers can expand the core product into mobile and third-party applications while maintaining native web-based functionality and stability.
Windows desktop application
Originally conceived as a demonstration and documentation project for the API, the application quickly caught on with customers after a limited beta release. The application was expanded to provide full online and offline functionality alongside the main web interface, with support for tablets, touch screens, bar code and RFID scanning, and customizable forms. Once activated, the application operates autonomously, performing live data sync when a connection is available and caching data while offline.
Desktop application configuration and activation are managed through the main SaaS web interface, with an activation key.
Mobile apps
Designed and developed a cross-platform mobile app, for Android and Windows Phone, to capture leads at trade shows and conferences. Leads gathered through a customizable interface are delivered to the cloud, where the main product qualifies the leads, sends literature through personalized email, notifies sales staff, and interacts with CRM and marketing automation systems.
The mobile app is a cloud-first, mobile-first solution for capturing, qualifying and connecting with prospects in real time, in the exhibitor booth or on the show floor.
Target interactions are measured and reported across a broad spectrum of metrics over the lifetime of interaction with the lead, prospect or customer.
